Dwayne Heigh knows that the right real estate move can change a family’s legacy forever.

He became interested in real estate over 20 years ago when he watched his mother purchase her first home. The experience changed his career trajectory.

Heigh started his real estate career in 2005 as a leader in property sales and management in his hometown of Baltimore. While learning the industry, he won multiple awards for his natural ability to lead and manage 3,500+ multifamily units, capture 100% of tenant rents, and achieve 100% occupancy in communities he managed.

The success led him to pursue new opportunities to keep learning, growing, and investing; in 2016, he moved to Charlotte where he continued to work in multfamily investment sales. He quickly rose to be #1 in sales for the firm in 2021.

Today, Heigh serves people and properties around the world as a global real estate investor. As Founder and President of Heigh Capital Group, he specializes in the exclusive representation of buyers and sellers of Multifamily, Land, Landlord Representation and other related commercial investment properties. He provides extensive advisory services and representation to clients in the management, disposition, and acquisitions with apartment-related assets.

With a 90% conversation rate, Heigh knows that real estate is about sales and strategy. He also knows it means it’s about so much more – it’s the foundation from which to build a family’s legacy. In 2022, his advisory services and work turned three African-American property owners into millionaires.

He knows his work makes economic equality more possible, as well, which is why he enjoys educating business owners on the value of their property.

Trystan is an experienced and accomplished commercial real estate broker known for his remarkable investment sales, consulting, advisory and leasing skills. With his proven track record of success and unapparelled love for real estate, he has become that trusted advisor that his clients and community have grown to love and support.

Trystan is licensed to conduct business in the North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. He began as a residential broker in 2018 and transitioned to the commercial side of the in early 2021 where he advises and consults clients through the lifecycle of the investment sales & acquisitions process.

When he’s not working, Trystan loves anything to do with sports, traveling, spending time with his family and trying new experiences. For self-development, he does a lot of reading, recording his own podcast, and listening to other business leaders podcasts. Also, Trystan is a member of Phi Beta Sigma, Fraternity Incorporated, Leadership Charlotte Class 45, volunteering in the community, serving as a mentor, amongst a few other things. He is super passionate about seeing others win and finding their purpose in their passion.

Some things that Trystan is driven and passionate around include sustainability, wealth creation, financial/investment education, student housing, affordable housing along with promoting diversity and women in business. While the goal is to be the best at what he does and become one of the best Brokers of all time, it’s not always about the transaction for him. It’s about the difference and impact that he can make in his community through his profession, treating people right and leveraging every opportunity to open doors for those around him.

Trystan has been the real estate industry 5+ years and prior to that had extensive experience in risk management and compliance consulting within the banking, financial services, mortgage, and consumer lending world. These experiences have allowed Trystan to transcend well into Commercial Real Estate, allowing him to provide the most well-rounded to service to his clients. In 2012, Trystan received his undergraduate degree in Finance with a concentration in Risk Management and Insurance at the Belk College of Business from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Trystan also earned his master’s degree in Sport’s Leadership from Northeastern University in Boston.
